NVB-bushouders protesteren bij Kabinet van de Premier

Bus operators in Suriname are protesting at the Cabinet of the President. It concerns an outstanding fuel compensation debt from March 2023 to June 2026. Bus services have come to a standstill and will remain so until payment is made. According to Cotino Finisie, president of the Union of Bus Operators, all buses are currently at a standstill. The protests began on October 15th at 9:54 AM.
