Suriname Seeks Suspect Over Kidnapping Of Dutch Businessman

Surinamese authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Ryan T., suspected in the disappearance of Dutch entrepreneur Rodney Leysner since August 15. Leysner is missing after his burned car was found near Saramacca, west of Paramaribo. Ryan T., described as armed and dangerous, is at the center of the investigation.
